Room Rates: Room rates vary with the season, length of stay, number of guests/room as well as other factors. Rates will be cheerfully quoted upon request. Weekend price range $150-$225 per night, for up to two persons. No extra charge for children 16 and under when they sleep in the same room as their parents, and the room has sufficient beds to handle the number of guests. Reservation Confirmation: To hold a room, we require a deposit equal to one night's lodging. The remainder for multi-night stays plus tax will be collected upon arrival. Payment can be made by credit card, personal check or cash. We reserve the right to request prepayment of the entire amount 30 days in advance on certain busy weekends.

Cancellation Policy requires a $35 handling fee when rooms are cancelled. If the room is cancelled within 14 days of the first day of the reservation, a one night fee will be assessed unless we are able to rebook the room. If the room is rebooked, the $35 cancellation policy will apply in lieu of the single night charge.
